Roberto Tan Uy Jr.

Political Party: Lakas-CMD (2023–present); formerly PDP-Laban and Liberal Party. Family: He is the son of Roberto Yu Uy (former Governor of Zamboanga del Norte and current Mayor of Dipolog) and Evelyn Tang Uy (current Mayor of Dapitan). Mayor of Polanco (2013–2016): Uy entered politics as the municipal mayor of Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte. During his term, he focused on development projects in education, livelihoods, infrastructure, and sports. House of Representatives (2023–Present): He assumed office on November 13, 2023, for the 19th Congress. He also serves as an Assistant Majority Floor Leader in the current legislative session.
