Clarissa Angeles Castro-Seechung

Clarissa "Claire" Angeles Castro-Seechung is a Filipino lawyer, radio host, and podcaster currently serving as Undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and the Palace Press Officer since February 24, 2025. A cum laude graduate of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in Law, she is a seasoned trial lawyer and former president of the IBP (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas chapter). She brings extensive media experience to her role, notably serving as a radio host and anchor for the "Usapang Batas" segment on DZXL News (2022–2025) and previously for DZMM's "Usapang de Campanilla." She is also the creator of the widely followed YouTube podcast "Batas with Atty. Claire Castro."
