Vice President Sara Duterte launched her book, “Isang Kaibigan,” at the Esteban Abada Elementary School in Quezon City. Drawing from her personal experiences and portraying the essence of true friendship, the book tells the story of a parrot helping an owl rebuild his home that was destroyed by a typhoon. The Vice President was delighted to have fulfilled one of her dreams – writing a book. During the launch, she read the book to Grade 3 students. She later gave signed copies of the book to the students. The Vice President stressed that the book is not for sale. Instead, she wants it to be a source of inspiration for the students to write their own stories. Duterte continues to encourage young minds to read and study diligently, urging them to persevere in their education journey.

SECTION 1. Two (2) additional branches of the Regional Trial Court and one (1) additional branch of the Municipal Trial 2 Court in Cities, to be stationed in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, are hereby created in the Fourth Judicial Region. The Supreme Court shall assign the respective branch numbers for the newly created branches of the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court in Cities. SEC. 2. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include in the Court's program the operationalization of two (2) additional branches of the Regional Trial Court and one (1) additional branch of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, to be stationed in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna. The funds necessary for the operation of the courts herein created shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization ofthe courts and the appointment of its personnel.
