Flood-Prone Infrastructure Inspection Initiative

Mayor Arvin “Bitoy” Virtucio led an on-site inspection together with the municipal engineering office, the MDRRMO, and representatives from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to examine areas in Aroroy that are frequently affected by flooding. The activity focused on identifying structural problems in bridges, waterways, drainage canals, and creeks in order to develop long-term flood mitigation solutions for the municipality.
